Regrowing Scallions

Alright, this one is a must do if you have little kids. The next time you buy scallions, save the white bulb end and regrow it. It is so easy, cheap, and dramatic! Even faster than bean plants. All we did was find a clear glass jar for easy viewing, add some water and the scallions, and left it by the window.
