Wind vs. Car Seat Cover

If you live in a windy area and use a car seat cover for your infant carrier, you have probably dealt with the infuriating repetition of putting it back in place... Not to mention the times when a gust of wind wakes the baby or makes her cry! Well, here is a 2-minute hack to fix that!

Step 1. Procure velcro dots for fabric (these are the ones I used, but I think these rectangles would be even better).

Step 2. Place the dots on the corners of your car seat cover and on the seat. Make sure it isn't going in a location that will interfere with securing the carrier into the base.

Step 3. Give the adhesive time to set, and voilĂ !

After testing, I have found that the unsecured top layer that I fold over has gone FLYING while the bottom, velcroed layer has stayed put!
